Abstract

The invention relates to a biodegradable wound healing dressing formulated using fish skin-derived collagen integrated with herbal extracts possessing antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. The dressing is designed to enhance wound healing by promoting tissue regeneration, preventing infection, and maintaining a moist healing environment. The formulation is evaluated for physicochemical properties, biocompatibility, antimicrobial activity, and wound healing efficiency. This eco-friendly and cost-effective dressing offers a sustainable alternative to conventional wound care products.
