Abstract
The study investigates the adoption and intention of Gen Z users toward digital wallets, focusing on usability, convenience, security, risk perception, and behavioral intention. Using primary data collected from 251 Gen Z respondents in Chennai and statistical tools such as reliability analysis and factor analysis, the study identifies six major factors influencing digital wallet adoption including satisfaction, convenience, security, accessibility, and perceived risks.
