Abstract

Corporate governance can be conceptualized as a dynamic framework that governs
corporate decision-making, accountability structures, and stakeholder relationships.
Rather than being limited to legal compliance, it encompasses the distribution of rights and
responsibilities among various participants in a corporation, including the board of directors,
management, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
