Abstract

The paper examines customer perception regarding mobile banking services and analyzes factors such as safety, privacy, lifestyle fitting, and increased image through mobile banking. The study used analytical research methods with 72 respondents and applied percentage analysis and Chi-square tests to understand customer attitudes toward mobile banking technology.
