Abstract
With the advent of sustainable development, green banking encourages financial institutions to provide efficient banking services while adopting environmentally friendly policies that reduce environmental impact. This study examines customer awareness, acceptance, and satisfaction regarding green banking practices among selected commercial banks in Chennai. Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected from 300 respondents through questionnaires and interviews. The study applies descriptive statistics, regression analysis, and K-means clustering to identify the factors influencing customer perception and adoption of green banking. The findings reveal that awareness and satisfaction significantly influence customer acceptance, while low awareness and concerns about technology remain major barriers.
