This study examines the challenges faced by IT employees in hybrid working environments. These challenges encompass technological limitations, communication barriers, cyber security concerns, work-life balance, and maintaining team cohesion. Addressing and understanding these challenges is essential. IT Businesses should make sure that IT workers are happy, productive, and healthy in the ever-changing world of hybrid work. The advent of hybrid working environments, mixing remote and in-office work, has revolutionized the way IT employees operate. While offering hybrid work and opportunities for job satisfaction, this introduces a unique set of challenges. Factor analysis, descriptive and correlation statistics were used in the study. The emergence of hybrid working environments, remote and in-office work, has become increasingly prevalent, especially in the realm of IT. While offering flexibility this hybrid model presents its own set of challenges for IT sector employees and companies. Finding a solution to these challenges and knowing the technological change that employees facing has become critical for employers.
